Richard Pykett
Founder
Born in the UK, Richard moved to New Zealand in the mid 1970’s after training as an engineer. He was accompanied by a strong desire to make all his work processes as efficient as possible. 35 years ago he entered the Financial Services Industry as a financial planner & insurance broker. Unhappy with all the software packages out there he developed his own to supercharge his business and allow his practice to grow. This product grew into what we know today as E-Broker

Head Developer
An ex-Rocket Scientist with experience in weapons guidance systems and extensive knowledge in Software Development - passionate about CRM systems and lamb shanks.

Barbara was born and raised in New Zealand and has always been customer focused. She has had over 30 years of experience in the Insurance Industry and has a real understanding of what advisers in the industry need to be successful.
